Hey Guys I just want an opinion on this I took my truck to TireMan in Findlay Ohio to get new tires thrown on that part went great tires went on in 45 minutes with stick on wights which was perfect I was happy at this point. I then proceed to have a 2.5 hr wait as my truck was on the alignment rack. About a half hr into my wait I went back and showed the alignment tech how to loosen the UCA and move the adjustment plate for caster and even gave him the paper that came with them. Two hrs later he came back and said my truck was ready to go and everything was within spec but my upper control arms were seized up pretty good and the use of crow bars and pliers were necessary not only resulting in scratching and removing metal from the control arm but even putting a scratch in the silicone boot im just glad it didnt tear.... the seized part i know is BS because I changed the caster myself in their parking lot that morning. They did offer to touch them up with paint after I complained a little because I had told them to just let me adjust them myself and they wouldn't let me take my truck off the alignment rack... I guess what is your opinion on what they should do to make it right?

On a side note it looks way better than it did on 245s...

What'd he do? Tighten the UCA so much they wouldn't budge? That's gotta be a basic torque spec ignored.

Might want to start calling around for shops familiar with lifted or modified trucks.

 I have lost all faith in shops.

I sent my wife with my truck to do my last alignment with specific instructions and the reply(to her) pissed me off so bad I'll never go back. They acted like they were so smart that my instructions were unnecessary, but still failed to follow them. :frusty:
