    hey everyone,

just installed my ddm 55w 5000k hids. it went in pretty easy and everything. all just plug and play.

but i was wondering if im the only one that thinks they arent throwing very much light down the road? dont get me wrong they are bright but just doesnt throw light like i thought that they would.

is it possible that i have the bulbs in upside down? when i flip to hi the beam shoots down about 20 feet infront of my car. can i adjust the beam any?

can anyone help me out with my problem i would be very grateful.
    thanks

When you put them in, the chrome shield should be on the bottom. (Low beam)

Sounds like they're probably upside down. While you're flipping them right-side-up you may as well throw some 35watts in their instead off 55's.

I have ddm 55w hids. Mine point perfect. They are over kill though and yes I do get flashed every now and again. I just need to point mine down a little since my truck is lifted. Sounds to me like something isn't right though if yours is pointing that far down.
