I'm trying to figure out how to tune out my rear Taco Lean.

I have an Icon Stage 10 kit installed on the truck. Up front, there's also a spacer on the left side. Front height is good from left to right - about 1/8" difference, which I'm not going to bother tuning out.

However, the rear is over 1" difference and is exceptionally annoying every time I walk up to it from the rear.

How can I level the REAR left and right? I already have the spacer and have adjusted the front. Any further adjustments to the front will put that out of balance, so the suggestions to adjust the front to correct the rear aren't going to work.

What's the best way to go about raising just the rear drivers side about an inch?

Something heavy on the passenger side of the bed? Spacer below the driver side leaf pack?

Check that the leaf packs are identical.

Don't do a full inch, the right will settle with time.

I've had the Stage 10 on there for about 30k miles or more. It's about as settled as it will get. This isn't a new thing, I've just gotten to the point where it annoys me enough to address it and I have nothing better to do to the truck!

Gonna check out the link now

TRD Pro suspension with Headstrong 3 Leaf AAL, DV8 OR front slimline bumper & Engine Skid Plate, RCI OR high clearance bumper, CaliRaised Trail Edition Sliders, Spidertrax 1.25" Wheel Spacers, 265/75 16 GY Duratracs, wrapped the OEM wheels, OR Roof Rack, Extang Exceed Hard top Tri fold tonneau.
Seems like a lot of difference between each side, especially with the taco lean spacer in there already. I would reexamine the suspension system to make sure there isn't something out of place.

Good call on the hub. I was measuring from the ground. So it's only 1/2" off from left to right seems

    Rear:
    23 1/4" Left
    23 3/4" Right

    Front:
    21 1/8" Left
    21 1/4" Right

    unless I am misunderstanding something..

stock is approximately 21" front / 22" back for a DB Cab

Your vehicle has at most a 1/4" lift in the front however you have gained from 1.25" to 1.75" in the back over stock configuration. You have at least approximately 2.25" of rear rake now.

If this vehicle was mine I'd first want a bit more lift in the front from the Icon kit installed to get more of a level stance. Getting the front up to 22" or 22.25" (1-1.25" lift from stock) would shift more weight on the back suspension. At that point I'd take all for measurements again to determine how much each side in the back differed and go from there.

Can you adjust your front Icons via threaded spring perch to gain a bit more front lift?

I have a lot of weight up front between the full bumper, winch, and group 31 battery and some other miscellaneous stuff. I have the stock bumper back on the truck for the winter, and the bed is basically empty of course. I'll be swapping out the spare with one of my winter spares, but that should be a small difference in weight. When the rack, RTT, bumper, and spare on the bumper are on the truck, it drags the rear down quite a bit, so the rake is where I'd expect it to be in it's current configuration. It's the side to side that visually irritates me every time I approach from the rear.

as mentioned above, this might be exactly what you need to gain 1/2" on one side.

Is there any drawback to using that? Will it affect the drive line or suspension in a negative faction over time?

Is the back measurement off the same amount when you have all the extra weight in the back as you mentioned?

I can't imagine 1/2" on one side to make both sides equal would be negative.

Would the current set up being unequal height cause a long term issue or impact drive line negatively?
