Anyway to adjust the tilt on LED headlamps to adjust beam

was looking for the round dial found on the 2nd gens for that purpose

You’re talking about adjusting the horizontal cutoff up or down on a 3rd gen oem led?
This is from a halogen projector, but the adjustment is the same.
Use a Philips head screwdriver inserted vertically into the Y of plastic as mentioned in post #6. It interfaces with the teeth of that silver gear.
