Stock Sport wheel is 17x7.5 et +25mm; 5.25" backspace. You want at or below 5.25" backspace; below, and it just adds more poke and positive scrub.

Honestly, I wouldn't go over 12mm (1/2") of poke on stock suspension. I have 265/75/16s on stock suspension..any larger or more poke and I'm cutting and chopping.

I thought the stock sport wheel was +30mm? And I assume this is based on a 265 width tire which is stock on the Sport, yeah? At what wheel dimension and offset would you achieve the 1/2" poke you mention?

Ooops. You are correct; +30mm, 5.5" backspace.
    17x7 +18, 4.75" backspace, 1/2" poke
    17x7.5 +18, 5" backspace, 1/2" poke
    17x8 +18, 5.25 backspace, 1/2" poke

I guess I am now confused on from where poke is measured or what is represents. I thought poke was how far the edge of wheel sticks out from outside fender. What I truly want to find out is the largest wheel dimensions with offsets I can fit on a stock suspension with 265/70/17 tires without any rubbing.

I consider poke how much the tire sticks out passed the oem tire.
This may be different than rim poke because of differences in tire section width and/or rim width.

I guess that makes sense, how far it sticks out past a 265 width tire. I ran some sketches in CAD to visualize, TRD Sport Rim: 17x7.5, +30, TRD Pro Rim: 16x7, +25, and TRD Limited Rim: 18x7.5, +18. Based on this, the widest poke would come with the TRD Limited and most backspace with the TRD Sport. Assuming the truck dimensions and wheel well clearances are similar among trim lines, as long as i stay within these parameters I should be good? This should still be considered stock right? Although I am still puzzled why the TRD Pro Truck stance looks noticeably wider than the Sport, yet the actual wheel and tire size suggest otherwise. Any insights?

Thanks. Are you running stock height without any rubbing or cutting/chopping? Looking at getting 16x8 0mm like your SCS F5 with 265 wide tires. Stock tire size is 265/70/16 though, will 265/75/16 be okay without rub?? I think it adds 1" diameter to tire height.

I did not get 265/75r16 yet, but dozens of TW members are running this size with stock suspension. Vin at SCS told me that there will not be a problem. You will notice slight loss of acceleration with the larger diameter tire. The F5 16x8 0-offset is a perfect set-up on my truck.
