Finally got a chance to go off road with my ADS and I have to say they are worlds better than my old suspension. ADS mixed with deflated tires are amazing!

On this trail you are able to leave the trail for camping and you are also allowed to shoot guns up there so you kind of have to leave the trail unless you want people shooting off of the trail haha. The only problem with leaving the trail is when idiots go and rip up the clearings.

Matthew at MCM sent me these brackets for a first gen. Turned out great and no more rubbing on the reservoir in the original location. If anyone has any questions I’d be happy to answer them.

Well after a thousand miles or so I decided to adjust the preload figuring that the coils should have been well broken in and whatever settling has probably occurred.

Pre-measurements of the unloaded length of the coils and the amount of preload measured from the top hat to the lock ring were:
    Drivers - 12.25" / 1/2", Passenger - 12.5" / 3/8"

Adjustment of the collar to increase preload yielded:
    Drivers - 11.75" / 1", Passenger - 12" / 7/8"

Post-adjustment with a full tank of fuel the ground-to-fender measurements were:

    Drivers Front Passenger Front
    36.5" / 37.5"

    Drivers Rear Passenger Rear
    38" / 38.5"

CV angle still seems pretty good.

Sweet, looks good! Off-topic slightly, do you notice any clicking/chunk sound when pulling into or backing down and inclined driveway or entrance on a turn. I hear a chunk sound that I cannot figure out where it is coming from. Leafs touching shock in rear? Front could settling on turn during compression? No idea...

Not sure about a clicking or a clunk per se but the clickers make a clicking sound over all bumps as the fluid is moving through the valve stack which is opening and closing.

Not sure specifically where your sound is coming from :notsure:

Yah, hard to tell. Sounds like metal on metal, but could be nothing. It's hit and miss

I can tell you that when I swapped out my TRD Pro Bilsteins I had forgotten to fully torque the end link on the spindle from my sway bar on the drivers side. I had put it on hand tight but somehow forgot to torque it down and I had an intermittent metal clunking sound that went away as soon as I tightened that thing.

Anyone have any idea what the minimum height should be on these? I’m definitely lower than 2” on my 04. Maybe Matt at @M C M can chime in.

    Whole lotta stuff
Minimum? Well minimum ride height depends on spring, so whatever spring you have on your coilovers you can move the adjustment collar up until it's no longer in contact with the spring or you run out of thread. That will be your minimum ride height with that spring. I wouldn't advice just having the adjustment collar rest on the spring as I've heard it can cause some noise. And a little preload is good to keep your suspension in contact with the road.

Need some possible reasons, or excuses, to give the wife to justify the move from 2.5 to 3.0.......
