In hindsight, if I would have know, I would have had right angle fittings put on mine. It would have made it so much easier for mounting.

Clickers get the 90° bend at the resi... poor people get the straight connection.

I just bought some king brackets so I can mount the reservoir vertically to give the hose a more natural curve and keep it away from the coil, like this.

I think that may work if you have clickers, but if your hose takes a straight shot into the resi, I don't see that working.

I'm an alum as well, but I'm actually not that passionate about the sports teams to get genuinely butt hurt. However, the Ducks did beat us this year, in embarrassing fashion, so the wound is fresh.

Yeah I have my fingers crossed, because right now the tension I have on the hose is bending/torquing on my fittings and won’t stay in the hose clamps. Mine seem to have really long hoses.

Same here. I installed the resi's on the mount and then rotated the mount up to the truck. This gave me more leverage on the hose and kept everything aligned.

Yeah I tried that too, like I said, way too much tension. After two days and torquing the hose clamps with a ratchet, the reservoirs pushed out of the clamps and into the radiator support. Stuff is gonna break if I keep it in the position. I’ll take a pic in a few.

I loosened mine just slightly and turned the fitting at the reservoir so it isn't near the coil anymore.

Mind you, it pushed out of the double sided tape I had added also, After using a 1/2 drive ratchet to tighten the hose clamps. The elbow fitting was also level when I installed, now it is not.

    I don't like it. Sub-optimal IMO. :ballchain:

You can also use yoga mat under the ring clamps and it holds tight. Lol

I actually put yoga mat in my leaf pack too...you know...for flexibility

I’d like to know this as well. I’ve been contemplating a revalve...the ride on mine as improved slightly with more miles, but I’m not sure if it’s because of the E rated tires, not having enough weight on the front (600 lb coils, no armor yet), a difference in 1st and 2nd gens or what that still makes me unhappy with the ride quality. I wouldn’t say that mine ‘rides like a cloud’ as I’ve read many times in this thread. I know I’ve bought a quality product, I don’t doubt that. I’ve been frustrated that I haven’t been able to achieve the ride that I thought I would be able to get.

Can’t say much about the fixed resis, but

The adjustable rears are amazing. Super soft, super hard, right in the middle, more hard, less hard. Just depends on how you use them.
    :D

I only have 50-75lbs in the bed and have the clickers set to 4 out of 20 from full soft for daily. I go up in firmness for offroad driving above 30mph.

BTW the 3rd gen frontend is 300lbs heavier than a 2nd gen so 650-700# springs are the norm for the 3rd gen. Stock front springs on the 3rd gen are 700# with a very soft shock
