    Whole lotta stuff
I think you're correct. ADS's "top out" zone uses a spring, I bet the designs between them and Fox are pretty similar.

they do in other applications. Not the aftermarket OE fitment stuff.

I see it most commonly in their UTV stuff.

iirc the top out spring is an air shock tech for race buggies and stuff like that with very little unsprung weight. The rebound can be made very light to match without tearing up limit straps. Or having such a light rebound that the shock wants to be stuck at full extension as much as it possibly can be - kinda like 'packing' that happens when the rebound stack is too much and compression too little but like opposite direction, helps fight that. I guess ADS applied similar concept to the oem fit shocks where people don't always run limit straps

I just finished the install of mine, it looks like you could ease some tension up on the lower resi clamp by using the hole cut out in the bracket instead of wrapping it around the entire bracket. It will sit at less of an angle. To do this you’ll have to separate the clap by unscrewing it al the way.

if you zoom in you can see how clamp is not around that notch on the bracket towards the front of the truck. Hope this helps

I hope all the ports are clear of the bypass tube riser.
And as long as the reservoir exit allows the hose to stay away from the tires.... it will do its job.

What's the average mileage everyone is getting before having to do a rebuild? Or atleast the spherical bearings? I thinks that's what they're called...where the shock mounts to the LCA. I think I have around 15k'ish miles on mine...not off road, but highway and a lot of rough dirt road and back roads.

I am at 16K miles. My truck is mainly used for off road excursions. But there are a lot of highway miles to get to the trails so maybe 20% off road and 80% highway. :notsure:
Then the truck pretty much sits in the garage with a few trips to the hardware store until the next excursion. After an excursion, I clean the truck, but the mechanical engineer in me notices those bearings are exposed to the elements so I use the standard garden nozzle to spray out the debris around the spherical bearings. In the past I lubed the spherical bearings with Blaster Silicone Lubricant to hopefully get the moisture out and minimize the potential for rust until I read @turbodb's post followed by @Squeaky Penguin's comment and @Blackdawg's comment. I agree I probably degraded the spherical bearing's teflon liner with the silicone lubricant. I cannot change the past, so now I am just going to experiment with my spherical bearings to see how long they last with my current maintenance guess. For the past ~2000 miles after cleaning I lubricate with Blaster Dry Lube with teflon. Now I have a dry teflon lubricant on the teflon liner, which should attract less dust and dirt compared to silicone and hopefully reduce the moisture from cleaning. Time will tell how long they last. So far my ADS spherical bearings are still silent. Here is how they look after this weekend's excursion. I haven't cleaned the truck yet.

Are the bearings squeaking yet? It not, they are fine for now. If they are starting to squeak and spraying them with water (or a lubricant) temporarily quiets them down, it's time to replace them.

How many miles you can get varies quite a bit, based on what they have been subjected to. The good news is they are not very expensive and are easy to change.

No squeaks yet - still silent. Most of the trials I run are dry with some clear water crossings and very little mud, so hopefully that helps too. When the truck was stock, I let my daughter do a little muddin' in some Colorado red clay. Ugh! That fine abrasive stuff gets into everything and ruins seals. While I was replacing the transfer case seal I noticed the artistic splatter of fluid around the inboard side of the driver's side rear tire. It got the axle seal too.

Edit: Oops! I just realized you were replying to @kuntry09

No squeaking that I can hear, but kind of a clunking/loud creaking if the front is flexing in any way.

    Head unit. That's it.

I can build a label that will last longer than the truck, probably.

It wont be cheap, but it will last.

A loud creak might be the same as a squeak.
