I ended up with sway bar interference in two spots:
    1) the relocation blocks pushed the sway bar into the driver side radiator support
    2) the lower sway bar link bolt was gouging the spring on the driver and passenger sides. Just some things to look for. Easy fixes. I ended up taking the sway bar completely out, but I have 700# springs (post #4491). Your truck looks very good!

the sway bar was still hitting the spring even with the relocation plates they provided? It is a nice kit, love it, rides good well now, I did end up messing up a sway bar bolt, because when I installed it, I did one side at a time, and I did not disco the sway bar from both sides like I should have, lessons learned. So when I installed one side it was giving me major issues, ended up getting the passenger side in no problem, but the driver side I had to finiagle it a bit, one thing working against me as well is my bumper framle support mounts, the grade 8 bolt head protrudes past the frame which hits the reservoir mount. but next week I will be picking up my new CBI bumper, so this will be removed and wont be used for the new bumper.

As you can see the head of the bolt. Works for now. But next week it's coming odd. Alightment will be getting done today and I will be hitting shooting steel again this weekend . It's a bit of a trek in the truck well see if I have any rubbing issues etc

The lower end link bolt was hitting the spring (the tip of the bolt), not the sway bar itself. It can be shortened with a grinder.

You gotta take the flat washers out. I think I used the supplied bolts.

Oh I did, I just test fit it and bolted it on, I put the bracket up first, then then everything else, its on secure, it came with the supplied bolts to attach the bracket to the relocation bracket. That was the only pain in the ass part of the install. Hopefully it will not rub and I wont have any issues but well see this weekend when I go out and tinker in the mountains.

I'm taking mine out this weekend too. Have you adjusted the ride height at all yet?

yeah they don't include that. I bought some cheap HF pin punches that have a variety of sizes, one of which fits the little holes in the adjustment ring well. I heard spraying them with wd40 helps lube them up.

Bad ass man! Well got an alignment. Max caster both sides. But it seems the front has settled and is sagging like my 5100. I found some spanner wrenches on the ads website. I guess I should have bought some or adjusted according before. Didn't think it was that much of a difference

600lb, Its enough for my needs. I am switching to a CBI front bumper , eventually a winch in time. I can always swap the coils then.

I would recommend the 700 pounders if you switch. I have them and glad I did. Your bumper looks heavy af

what do you mean by “your needs?”

The stock coils on the 3rd gen OR are 700lb because the nose/engine combo of the truck weighs more than the 2nd gen by almost 300lbs. Probably why you are experiencing sagging. I have a lo-pro bumper and sagged 1-2” after a year with 700# 14” coils.

really. 700lbs eh , I do not want to have a 700lb coil when I do not have alot of front end weight. I also dont want it to ride like shit.

    ?

your bumper is huge! 600# is way too light for these trucks stock

this is what I’m running at 130lbs with winch, but since I run 14” extended coils I will be switching to 650lb coils on my next rebuild to test. It takes about 1000-2000 miles to break in coils depending on driving style so they will all seem different until broken in. My truck drives like a caddy now even with the 700# ers

ok, but even with a winch (+/- 50-60lbs) you will be pushing 175-200lbs with that bumper.

my bumper weighs 75lbs without the winch:

    https://c4fabrication.com/collectio...tacoma-front-lo-pro-winch-bumper-3rd-gen-2016

just trying to help bro. You will want those 700#’ers for the long term.
Also, valving makes for a rough ride, not so much coils unless you have drastic ranges. You don’t want the front of the truck going up and down like the bow of a boat on water. A little more stiffness will make it handle better too.

you have ADS shocks so valving won’t be an issue, but balancing the correct coil for handling and correct braking will be important
