Does anyone have a source for the misalignments for the lower bearings that work with the factory bolt besides buying direct from ads? I'm shy about calling tbh :/ Also a source for shims? I've read a few times ADS is basically a copy of kings and the shims should be the same which would be nice cause then i could order a kit with a few of every size but i'm not sure i believe it. Anyone can confirm?
They updated their website and it has most of all the basic tools and seals and that jazz so that's cool!

I need the misalignment spacers for my rear drivers side but they don't have them listed on their website.

    Stuff and junk and things...
I have offset and centered lower spacers, I don't remember specifically what ADS uses but if centered, order Kings, if offset get the Icon or Fox spacers.

Measure what you have and PM me, I'm pretty sure I got what you need. I need the ID and installed width of the spacers.

They come with a set, mine were equal thickness so the shock did not get pushed back like Icons do. Works just fine, though.

They come with them and last a year or two before replacement, don't worry. I've been looking into doing shock rebuilds/tuning so i'm trying to find a supply for as much of the parts as possible without having to call the company directly all the time

When did the orientation of the remote reservoirs change for the adjustable shocks? I bought mine a while back and they are way different than the most recent pictures on here.

FYI the 11 3/4" length is when it's unloaded. I'm running about 1 1/4" on my driver side, I think about 3/4" on my passenger side. That put me at about 22.25" HTF. I wouldn't be scared of going up another 1/4" to get the ride height you're after. For me I like it sub 22.5". I've got a similarly heavy setup and I found that having the clickers at ~10-12 clicks from full open is a pretty good place to start.

Anyone done a DIY rebuild? Ive got around 30k on mine, I know they likely need a rebuild but I don't have anywhere local that could do it. I'd rather not have my truck down for a couple of weeks if I could help it.

Planning to upgrade my stock suspension soon with ADS all the way around. I've been going back and forth via e-mail with Tyler at ADS, he's been great and very prompt with replies. For the rear, they have a 13" travel smoothie that requires a shock mount relocate. After discussing it with him further, he said they also have a 12" travel smoothie that fits in the stock mounts. Does anyone have the 12"? Seems like a pretty good compromise to only lose an inch but not have to grind and weld. Just wondering if there are any drawbacks or other considerations I need to be aware of.

I think a lot of us in this thread have the 12" travel rears. This length is adequate for what I do. I wheel the shit out of my truck on all sorts of terrain and speeds and it performs totally fine.

You have to be really careful running a 12" shock in the stock location. Depending on leafs and ride height, you'll wind up with very little bump travel because you will have to position your bump stops to bottom out before the shock bottoms out. Most people running 12" shocks are relocated, and I would not recommend purchasing 12s unless you have one. The stock location only has enough room to support a 10"-11" travel shock. Keep in mind, it's hard to determine fitment just based off a shock's travel. The the fully collapsed and fully extended measurements of the shock are really what's going to determine your travel potential (subtract the compressed length from the extended length and that gives you your true travel potential). Whether or not your leafs can cycle cleanly within that travel range, must also be considered. There's a lot of research involved but the end result will be worth it if you take the time to make sure your shocks and suspension systems are set up right.

For reference typical shock locations and relocation kits:

    Stock location: 10"-11" 2.5 diameter.
Archive Garage: 12"-14" 2.5 diameter. (I'm running 14" shocks if you check my instagram, takes some finagling with the lower eye/axles mounts.)
    Bamf: 12" 2.0 diameter.
Total Chaos shock hoops: 12" 2.5 diameter.
Various manufacturer's Bedcage: 16" 2.5 diameter. (Holes through the bed.)

Do you have them in the stock shock mounts? Any issues with bottoming out the shocks?

Thanks for the detailed reply. For the leaf pack I'm planning to get either Deaver U402 or Icon RXT (leaning toward RXT). I'm still new at this and figuring it out, so I'll need to do some more digging to answer the question about the bottoming out question. I e-mailed Tyler to ask for the fully extended and compressed lengths, although he did says the travel is just shy of 12".

Edit: Found it on their web site.
    https://adsshocks.com/product/2-5-smooth-body-8-16-stroke-reservoir-shocks-sold-per-each/
    Collapsed Length: 21.600
    Extended Length: 33.600

Results in exactly 12" of travel

Edit x2: For further comparison, here is info for the 10" shock
    Collapsed Length: 19.600
    Extended Length: 29.600

That shock will not work in the stock location as stock is a screw/stud top mount only. Those collapsed numbers are wayy too big for the stock location because of the mount and rod-end. For reference: standard bilstein 5100s are an 8.9" travel (14.02" collapsed, 22.94" extended) drooping about 1" over stock 4600s. Bilstein B110s are a 10.9" travel (16.34" collapsed, 27.28" extended) drooping about 3" over stock. Any shock with a collapsed length longer than that in the stock location and you'll have to raise the bumpstops and you'll be losing travel.
