I've got several inches between the the tire and resi, think its the offset that helps create the space.

Adjusted 700lbs springs on the truck. Only .5" rake which is perfect.

Is it just me? Or does it look like your reservoir line is rubbing on your coils?

I haven't had much luck adjusting them on the vehicle due to the tight space. I can pull them pretty quickly now to adjust them on the bench. You will want to clean the threads on the cylinder to keep from marring them. I had to make a plate with 3 holes to match the threaded studs so I can clamp it in a vice.

Anyone know if you need to do a alignment every time you adjust your height on coilovers

Yes, the alignment changes when lowering or raising your ride height.

So I just ordered my ADS suspension. Coilovers with RR and 650lb springs for the front and the piggy back for the rear paired with lightweight dakars. Do I need bumps stops? Also can I adjust to 3 inches without effecting my ride?

You want to hit your bump stops before your shocks bottom out. So with the Dakars you'll want to get some wheelers super bumps or something equal. You don't want your shock to be your limiting factor.
