Yep, switching out for a full pack. I have AALs on the stock pack (which was basically a new OEM pack though via the recall). It works, but it rides somewhat harsher than I'd prefer and am wondering if anything at all would help with that. I rarely have too much weight in the back and at the most it's max 200-300lbs when I have a fully loaded camp set up for multiple people with water etc.

Are you running a single thick AAL? I ran the Icon progressive aal on my 2010 dclb and it did good. You have to ditch the overload springs to smooth them out. I eventually switched it out for the All pro standard pack for more lift and it was great! You loose some weight capacity with the softer leaf packs, but they are really smooth. I am expecting the same or better with the Deavers. Better quality than the All Pro's. I talked to quite a few shops when I was researching these and they have been seeing some of the All Pro packs failing. Mine were great though.

I installed the suspension over the weekend and got it aligned earlier this week. Really happy with how it turned out! Going to hit the desert next weekend to break it in. Very impressed with the performance so far, especially the rear end. Very smooth! The only thing I can complain about is the noise from the bypasses. Sounds like there are a few rocks bouncing around in the bed. I knew they would make some noise though. It's worth the minor annoyance seeing how well they perform. I will post more pics soon and let you know how it does off road.

That's a shit ton of pre load. Did you use a wall mounted spring compressor to get the spring nut down that far? How much lift are you getting? From ADS mine gave me 1.25" of lift. Cranked them up to 2.5". Settled to 1.75" of lift. I need to crank them back up, but I can't budge them anymore. Tried a 2 foot cheater bar, and they just won't turn. I'm going to wait for my bumper to be mounted up then pull them out, and use a wall mount compressor to hopefully achieve desired lift.

That's about how much I have it came that way, was about equal with how much lift my OME gave me.
