Aduio Parts question

For those that have both vehicles....would a speaker pod built for a tweeters in a 2017 4Runner fit in the same spot on a 18 Tacoma?

are the housings the same size?

 

What are those things? Just tweeter housings?

 

They hold 1in tweeters and 2.5in midrange speakers

Is that photo from a 4Runner? Or is that photo of the 4Runner Speaker Pod on a 2018 Tacoma?

 

thats the pod mounted in a 4runner. need to know if the space is the same size in the Taco.

Looks custom made. My bet is an audio shop fabbed them. Good job on the recessed grill.

That's a lot bigger than the tweeter housing on a Tacoma. The top of the dash on the Tacoma isn't flat like that 4Runner so it would take a lot of work to customize it so that it looked good, if it's even possible.
