Thanks guys, I have fun painting details. I like the challenge of figuring out new ways to show depth and color combos to make objects appear realistic. At the same time I like the paintings to have a bit of an abstract feel too. Usually I try different loose techniques in the background to balance out with the details.

Awesome work Scott! I love working with watercolors! I mostly do pen and ink, but recently I've jumped into working with oil paints. They are a whole lot of fun! Excited to watch this thread! Glad there's another art buff here in MA :D

Thanks, and good to know there are others like me in here...and local too. I don't do much in oils anymore since the kids came along. 10yrs later that party train has come to an end. Now just need to wait for the littlest one to get a bit older before I can break them out again. Post some work would love to see what other people do.^^^

I was worried that with your talent it would look too similar to the original but you have certainly made it your own and I think it looks absolutely incredible even though i bet its not quite finished. I'm such a fanboy LOL.
I just like vehicle art :p

Thanks man. She was awesome. She's been to France, etc. with her work. I have a huge book with all of her prints in it. My mom, and my grandma and my little brother are all amazing artists too. My brother designed tattoos for me and my girlfriend. Me......NOPE...unless it's computer aided design then I'm amazing....but hand drawn or paint, HELL NO

People can submit pics and you can say "doable" or "get a better shot" then you can say it will be $XXX.XX and will take X amount of days/weeks time.

I put a link at the bottom of my signature, but I think a lot of people use the tapatalk app so they don't see it. Unfortunately, I've posted it in a few different places I just don't want to make it look like I'm whoring it out there even though I am...

Sounds to me like there are quite a few talented TW'S out there. I smell the the beginning of a new thread emerging.
