So here's my idea which will start with this drawing I'm posting now. my plan is to render this in Pen & Ink so it will be all black and white. once I consider the drawing complete I will then turn the image into a silkscreen. The screen can basically be printed on any surface wood, metal paper, etc... Depending on what surface I print it on I can then work back into different areas with subtle colors. I think it could end up being pretty cool and have a unique look to it but still have the ability to customize them to be a little different. I think this process could make the artwork more affordable too.
    Anyone have some thoughts....ideas....

This particular drawing was made to fit this piece of wood so the knot would show like a sunrise or sun set.

Yeah, I've got a few ideas on how I could do these and already thinking about to doing a series of Toyota truck old and new eventually .
I liked doing the TWSS last year, wish I had the time and the $$ to do it this year, but just wasn't in the cards for me unfortunately.

I burned my second screen image today, now I'm just waiting for it to dry so I can test print it tomorrow. This is my first T-shirt design, I'll hopefully print it later this week.

IMG_3684.jpg That is amazing! I sent you a PM with my email. It is much easier for me to check, especially with watchful eyes around. I found one photo of his truck. A few from after the accident which show more of the details (tires, lift, etc) Oh, and it was a 2000 PreRunner not 2002 :)

This is the first time I've seen this thread and all I can say is that I have a very impressive boner.

Can't wait to have you paint my truck :)
