Hello... everyone just calls me Bates, last name used more as my first name which is Jacob. This is my truck, I have a long way to go however I thought I’d start sharing the journey I have with making things how I like them. My justification is since I didn’t buy the pro, I have to make my own version just way better... Bought the truck new for $34,999.99 August 2017. I work in the Oil Fields in North Dakota and travel from here west as much as I can. Family in California, Utah, Idaho, Washington, so that’s where we go mostly. I love the outdoors and just about anything you can do outside. I want to make a vehicle that I can confidently take my family just about anywhere we’d like to go.

Nice looking truck, sounds like it's going to rack up a lot of miles

Thanks! Yea miles.... one of the biggest reasons I went with Toyota. Since August I’ve put 37,500 and add about 200 ok that daily. I’m 6’5 so people always ask why I didn’t get a power stroke or Cummins 1 Ton truck, size is less important than reliability. I fit just fine.
