The Freud Diablo DS0908CF 9" saw blade (for reciprocating saw) was recommended on a LCA thread and I used it to cut through my frozen cam. Cut through in about 2 minutes on each side of the bushing, and blade still feels sharp. Currently $13 on Amazon, and well worth it.

Diablo carbide topped will slice right through. Don’t use the harbor freight blade.
