I have an Avid Bumper Guard I'd like to install on my truck. I currently have a BPF Skid Plate installed and want to keep it there. When test-fitting the bumper guard, the Avid mounting arms come into contact with the sides of the skid plate. My first thought was, "shoot, I'd have to make two cuts with a torch to make this fit." Then I thought, maybe all I need is to get longer bolts and spacers to drop the skid plate down 1-1.5". Before sourcing longer bolts and spacers, does it sound like I'm on the right track here?
