So I have a set of Fox 2.5 C/O's for the front of my truck, and Fox 2/0 W Resi's in the back.. T/C UCA's I bought them back in May 2012 and I'm sending them back to Fox probably in the next few weeks to get re-valved... My question is my leaf springs are starting to get squeaky as all hell and after 90K miles of wear I'm thinking of replacing the leaf springs while I'm at it.. my questions is since I don't have extended length shocks in the rear what are my options for a new leaf pack??? Currently I have a factory leafs with a Icon AAL 1.5 in the rear.. good height... just somewhat rough... actually really rough.. and squeaky.... What are my options?

Alright... If I'm not hauling large amount of weight do you recommend taking the overload spring out of the Daakars?

I have heard people removing it. I have also heard of people removing the 3rd leaf from the pack.

Front ARB bumper, LR UCA's, OME 885/90021 struts, Ome shocks rear, general springs HD leaf pack.
You might check out general springs, the HD's provide 1.5-2" of lift and the standard option are about stock height. I have a set in my truck going on tonight so I can't say how stick they will be..bs good amount more then stock I hope..

Hmmmm.... really liking the ride height now but after 90K miles on them I figure it's time to replace since I'm revalving... What about Deavers?? Can I run those or do I need extended length shocks?

So it's down to Deavers and Dakars... Again set up is Fox 2.5 up front and Fox 2.0 with Resi's in the back.. currently have stock leafs with ICON Vehicle Dynamics Rear 1.5" Add-A-Leaf pack in the rear.. don't haul too much... the occasional camping trip where I load up the back but other then that just normal stuff... Opinions?????

I almost went with All Pro standard packs when I was determining leaf packs. For me, I made a list of everything I currently own that I could haul and it didn't hurt to plan ahead for things I wanted to add to the build (bed rack, roof top tent, gear and supplies, rear bumper etc.) and weigh the pros and cons.

In the end, I went with the Dakars with the D29XL additional lead and I never looked back. If I had to do it again, I would pick the Dakars.

Really appreciate all your help with this... Dakars it is... I'm reading pro's and cons on all of them but it seems everyone is pretty happy with their Dakars.
