Let me start by saying thanks for all the great threads on tw. I have learned a ton of information on here. I am a newbie. I just got my first Tacoma 5 mo ago and I love it. So since I have seen all the AWESOME pic the mod bug has bitten. I have A 07 Pre-runner 2wd 4.0 double cab and I want to do a 3 in lift. I am thinking of doing the OME suspension lift kit from toytec with 885 coils , top plate spacers and aal in the rear. I will also installing a tc uca because I want to do it right. So my question, Is this all I need. Will I need new brake lines, will my abs be ok,Am I going to have vibration in my drive shaft and if I go from a 265-65-17 OEM to a 285-70-17 do I need to re gear. I don't need to burn rubber but I don't want a turd either. I would rather go with a smaller tire than re gear. Any information would be great.:D Thanks!

You shouldnt need to regear. THough, Thats more of a personal decision. Brake lines will be fine, and as long as its installed propperly, you shouldnt have any vibes.

I pretty much have that lift you want with the 885's, rear AAL's, TC UCA's, but I also swapped out all my shocks with 5100's. You should be able to run those tires just fine but you might need wheel spacers, that I'm not positive of. You will also need to do some minor trimming on the front fender wells. I did not need new brake lines on mine and did not re-gear.

Yeah I hear yah!! Well make sure when you install the front coils and 5100's that you leave the shock setting a 0" height. The coils provide the lift.;)
