Florida, so much sand, no salt tho. I was thinking how that uniball would react if burried in sugar sand which is not uncommon for me.

Light Racing from SPC a little higher though about 485.00

No real cheap or 100% bolt-on options for us dude...
1st gen arm are more expensive than 2nd/3rd gen due to the slug adapter.
96-04's have the ball joints in the spindle so when converting to a uniball UCA more parts and labor are required. (press ball joint out & press adapter in VS. just a taper adapter)

Light Racing is, IMO, the best price point. Aftermarket UCA's are a must if you are lifted 2" over stock, if that's not the case, save the $$$. Run the stocks, they hold up fine for mild lift heights.

I like those light racing uca's, is there anything special that has to be done to install them?

Not anything out of the ordinary. Have an alignment scheduled soon after and be sure to inform the alignment tech about the adjustment on the UCA. Most techs don't know about the added features when adding aftermarket parts. They tend to be experts on OEM parts and procedures.

This is why I went with the JBA's as you don't have to worry about some tech trying to figure out how to properly align with the arms. That and I like the ability to be able to change out the Ball Joint right in the driveway, and the Ball Joint is readily available everywhere.

It's hard enough trying to get a decent alignment out of them without extra shit to confuse them.
