I recently got some husky x-act mats too. They are really nice. I can't compare to weathertecs because I've never had any. The passenger mat has 0 gaps and the driver side has a very slight gap/1 inch long warped section up against the center console hump. Not a big deal I'm sure just like any other mats including weather techs I could take the mat out and flip it over and put something heavy on it to fix it. Price was right on Amazon I got he fronts for ~$83 and I have prime so win win. Very happy with my purchase:) much better than the $299 OEM carpet mat option the dealer wouldn't take out of the truck, what a damn ripoff.

I've had Weather Techs in all my cars for years, never had one warp, they fit perfectly and don't curl up or move. I can't say that for the Husky's that I've tried.

Here's another husky xxact contour person, I love them. They fir perfectly and cover more area than the weathertechs. Plus they are rubber, not plastic, so they aren't slippery.

Does Husky not make the Xact for the rear on an Access Cab?

Husky mats that were in the truck when I purchased it. They are slippery when wet. Seem to stay in place well for me, but my slouchy teenage son will have them moved around after a short trip.

^ they are the original husky liners.....not a big fan of those. But they were always durable. The newer style material is much nicer.

If you want floor mats, I'd pick up a set of the OEM rubber floor mats on ebay or in the classifieds on here. If you want floor liners, the Weathertech digital fit can't be beat.

It would be nice if WeatherTech started making their mats for manual transmission Tacomas...

I will see if I can get a pic at lunch today. I have them and they are really nice and fit very well. My only complaint is that the driver mat is wearing where the clutch is depressed. Not too bad, but it did start immediately.

That being said, I bought the Weatherbeaters for my Corolla at the same time, and they are beyond terrible, in my opinion. Very stiff, cheap looking, and edges are warped. I contacted BellOffroad, who I got them from, and they didn't want to deal with it, so I contacted customer service. That was a truly horrible experience. I am not usually one to complain, but I won't purchase from either company again.

2009 4WD Reg cab Taco. Keepin it simple.
So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.
I have weathertech mats in mime. Reg cab manual transmission. I think there are pics in my gallery. I had liners/trays in the past and they hold the water and mud nicely to get soaked up by your pant legs. They are also great making a nice block of ice on the floor in the winter. I'll never go back to liners. Always the deep lugged rubber mats.

    Just my 2 cents.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
I also have the weather tech MATS, had the digital liners in my 4runner.

I actually like the MATS better myself, easier to drag out and dump clean.

I have Weather Tech in my Tacoma... I had Weather Tech in my 4Runner.

When you first get the Mats... the fit is a little funky and that's because of how they sat in the warehouse and shipped. After the warm up and "release the box shape" they fit very well.

In the Winter... take them out of the box and lay them flat on the floor and let them sit inside at room temp for a couple days. Install, fits well.
In the Summer... take them out of the box and let them sit in the sun for a couple hours (till they get soft). While warm, install.

I don't have any complaints with Weathertech customer service. For Christmas, my parents bought me set of WeatherTech DigitalFits (purchased directly from WeatherTech). Dad didn't know if I had With or Without center storage/console in the rear (access cab). Well he ended up picking the wrong one. I called WeatherTech up the 29th for an exchange, they said no problems ship it back. The entire process took about 3 weeks.

I'm very pleased with the Huskies they fit over the foot rest and the door sills little if any dirt under them. One problems up here is salt in parking lots these things trap all of the moisture just dump them out and put them back in.

I don't know what husky's we had in our Acadia but they were perfect. They were more plastic feeling. They sharp spikes to hold tight to the carpet. My wife dropped a large tea from mcd's into the passenger mat one day and it held the whole thing.

In her explorer it was right around christmas and I didn't wanna spend the money this time so I ordered Novaline brand ($130 on sale vs 250 or so for husky). They looked decent online and are custom fit. They look great against the interior but thats about all they have to offer. They fit pretty well but the edge height isn't as high as it looks, they slip, they don't cover the step-in areas, and they're flattening on the sides. If they were ever on your radar, go ahead and shoot 'em down..lol

Thanks for all of your input everyone. I ended up going with the Husky X-Act Counter liners. I like how they are much softer than the WT's and give good traction even when wet. Front and back fit great. My only issue really isn't an issue, just an observation. For the back seat floor liners they still have the carpet nubs on the portion that goes up and over the door sill. The front do not and lay just a hair flatter. I may razor-blade the nubs off, but they still fit very well anyway. I'll be sending a message to Husky about this oversight. Thanks again for all of the input. You guys are great!
