I need to fab some custom mounts for my Fab Fours rear bumper with tire carrier. I have a 1.5" 4Crawler body lift on my truck, and I want the bumper to align itself properly just as the stock one did. The bumper has 6 bolts that need to be installed to hold it in place, two on the top of the hitch, and then 2 on each side of the hitch. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best way to do this? I have a welder and bandsaw on standby and can cut/weld whatever, but would definitely prefer if the new brackets were bolt-on.

I was thinking of doing something similar to what I drew below.. cut sections of steel plate and use the original mount holes to bolt the plate onto the hitch/frame, and then drill new holes in the plate in the appropriate locations (1.5" higher) for the bumper to mount on.

For the lower hitch mount bolts, I figured maybe just making a 1.5" square tubing spacer to bolt on top of the hitch that the bumper could rest on and bolt into. Again im open to any and all suggestions as to how to go about doing this..
