Picked up a 2011 Taco supreme TRD. This is a work / play / DD truck. Need to tow regularly and load the bed up with 1,000lbs+- once or twice a month.

Wheels and tires: Keeping factory wheels if possible. Hankook Dynapro is the only M/T in that 295/75 R16 size. I'd go with a 34" if I can fit it but I really don't want to go smaller than the 295. Can I go 34?

I can't figure out my factory wheel offset. Don't know how big a spacer I may need. At what point will I need to chop the cab mount? Do I need my alignment guy to adjust camber?

I think 295s are to wide for the factory rims (16x7, +32 mm offset, 5.25" backspacing).

Not sure how installing a HC rear bumper would necessitate trimming the front fenders.

CMC is needed for 285 and larger.

You will need to hammer the pinch weld.

Camber may or may not need to be adjusted...can't really tell you one way or the other since I don't know what you're at currently.
