Just getting active on here again. Been lurking over the years as I take care of routine things.

Was recently rear ended on an on ramp. Her small SUV essentially went under the truck after contact so I don’t have much damage. Bumper needed replaced and some paint/small dent on rear quarter panel.

Had insurance and a local body shop figure out repair costs ($3k, hasn’t been fixed yet). Took it out a couple days later and managed to back it into a cast iron pipe on a job site.

Any specific advice on a bumper?
    - If high clearance, I could get rid of the major quarter panel damage and buff/fill in the minor paint scratches near the tail light.
    - If not high clearance, would need a different bumper and body shop to work the quarter panel dent out and repaint the panel.

open to other ideas as well. Currently rides on 275/65/18s, has dirtlogic rears with reservoirs, upgraded strut and coil overs in the front.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
I’d take the $ and touch it up the best you can.

leaning towards it. Second mark from bottom on bedside is pretty bad. Could give it some buff, bondo, and paint.

    Wife wasn’t thrilled. Hah

For 3k, I could live with it. Keep your eyes peeled for what you need; time is on your side
