    None. Completely stock.
The seat in this truck needs to be re-covered or replaced. It's the bench seat. I've had two estimates done on recovering by local upholstery shops that came in around 600.00. Cars Compound said they can put in Katzkin auto faux leather and door panels for around 800.00. I like that idea. There will be no fabric left in the truck. I will attach pictures of existing seats. Give me recommendations on any options that might be cheaper.

Find a used bench seat with intact fabric or swap to bucket seats. Most you’ll ever pay for used bucket seats is $200.

My local junkyard charges around $30 for a bench seat.

Do 3rd-gen 4runner seats work in a regular cab? If so, I'd try to find a pair of those from a Limited with leather. The 4runner buckets have a lot more bolstering than the flimsier Taco ones, and lumbar support.

No, you’ll have to modify one of the feet. Three out of the four actually line up on the floor pan.
