Current setup on my 19 TRD OR DCLB is full Elka 2.5 IFP, Camburg UCA, and Icon RXT leafs stage 1. The coilovers are at the max preload and caster is maxed out right now which is around 2-2.5. Running 265/70/17 on SCS SR8s -10 offset. I had to removed mudflaps because of rub and no trimming has been done so far. From what I have been reading I shouldn’t have no rub even with the mudflaps but they are all over them so with my caster being maxed out. Should I have gone with a different UCAs to allow more caster? Current hub to fender measurement is driver 23 1/2 and passenger 23 3/8. Thanks!!!

I’m surprised you are having rubbing issues with such small tires. Have you tried removing the mudflaps?

Did you verify front lower control arms are actually maxed out on caster? Or just go by what the alignment guy said?

Yes mudflaps are removed. I did not verify that the LCA are maxed. How do I determine that they are maxed out?

I’m also surprised that you have rubbing with a 265. With all you said in mind I’m sure you’re rubbing is mainly because of the negative wheel offset

Wanted to run 265s with the mudflaps but definitely isn’t the case now.

Rear cams would be adjusted outward all the way or near all the way. Took this photo from another thread.

    All of them.
You get more if you suck the front cam all the way in. My tire moved like 2 inches forward.

I'd take a pic of the LCA front and rear cam tabs. Post them up.

That is way wrong. Your tire is pushed back, no forward. Whoever did your alignment had no idea what they were doing

Yeah you are about as maxed the wrong way as possible.

I had the same wheel offset and tire size and you and had the same problem. This is the reason why.
