I am eyeing Winjet raptor-style taillights, but I've seen quite a few complaints about leaking/condensation inside the lenses. Here in Arizona, it is sunny 300 days out of the year. But I'd rather not deal with uninstalling taillights, drying them out, and reinstalling. For anyone with those taillights, did you apply extra sealant prior to installing?

Are they worth it if you had to add extra steps to protect them?

I know. I probably shouldn't even be considering them if I have to do my own QC...

I'm up in Flag, I swapped to the winjet after someone backed into my driver's side tail light. Had an issue with condensation on the passengers side, they warrantied the light no questions asked and coming up on a year of no issues.

Did you buy directly from Winjet, or from a 3rd party vendor?

I bought a set from Extreme Terrain and the driver side leaked bad after 1st rain. I was able to exchange them and they've been good up until I broke one on a trail.
Who cares though, they were cheap.

I wouldn't have felt that way had I blown a grand on a set.
