    Back in my JEEP'n days, we just drilled hockey pucks and went to Fastenal for longer bolts, worked like a charm..

    Haha, far from it. Born in Louisiana where I owned my 1st Jeep, 2005 TJ.

    When I 1st heard of the mod I was like where the flip am I gonna find a hockey puck, haha, luckily eBay had already been invented..

    The pucks work pretty good actually because their hard enough to not give but soft enough to absorb a little shock, which is WAY more important in a Jeep..

    Been meaning to order some for my Tacoma, live on Austin now, probably use Amazon these days..
