Here is one of my runs...

After months of waiting... 356 HP and 385 torque; this is with a 2.6 inch pulley for the supercharger. 700 cc/min injectors and larger fuel pump was required. AEM dual-band O2 censor fail safe/boost gauge installed, which shuts everything down if too lean.

I was running pure methanol on top of 93 octane pump gas, from before the EMS, but it appears that it is not needed except as a fail safe at higher boost, keeping temps down.

The AEM has performed well, especially at boost (+/- 10 PSI). I bit fiddly for figuring out cold weather startup and low rpm, partial throttle daily driving, but that is mostly up to the tuner, who has done very well.

The shop is recommeding that I eventually go to a mechanical throttle body and get away from the fly by wire one that is still being controlled by the factory ECU. I might be able to get a bit more power, but we have probably reached near the end for the ammount of air that the engine can take in without porting the supercharger, or doing head work.

All this without touching the engine mechanicals. But we did touch the intake and the exhaust system, with headers, etc.

Unoficial quarter mile: mid 13s and 105+ mph (rolling 5 mph start, about a 2% uphill grade)
