    Hi,

I installed an AFE Stage 2 ProDryS intake on my truck a while back. Since the install when I really step on it, my truck will sound great as it moves up in RPMs, but as it approaches red-line there is an unhealthy sounding vibration noise that comes from somewhere in the area of the intake, or possibly the dash area. Everything is snug as far as I can tell. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?

Hated the afe pre boost cuz it sounds like tits gunna rattle the dash apart.

Regardless, check the bolts at the bottom inside the box.... Make sure they are tight, and actually punch thru the bottom of the fender well. If u don't, there's a small gap and when at high rpm the washers "float" and rattle a high pitch racket.

U may also be able to check this by pushing down on the inner portion of the box, and see the gap. Take the top off, filter out, and literally push straight down on the box near a bolt. U may hear the washer move.

I am getting a vibration from somewhere behind the screen on the dash. Any thing that can be snugged up around the entune system?
