I saw a YouTube video last night where a guy installed this on his Tacoma. He said it actually worked. The sluggishness when putting your foot on the gas was no more. It made the throttle much more sensitive.

About as functional and worthwhile as a cold air intact.

 

Now before everyone tells you its snakeoil i had the pedal commander different brand but same effect.on my 2016 canyon and it does work. It tricks the computer thinking that the throttle is half way down and when you give it gas it’s more responsive. But I think the Tacoma is fine. I drive a 2010

 

I been running one for some years now love it.Ps disconnect the battery over night then be aggressive on the skinny pedal computer will respond better.
