What’s the way to fix it? Another alignment?

Did you try a different shop? Not every shop has a good alignment setup or a competent tech.

    pinstripes. lots of pinstripes.
I was just thinking, last time I got the truck aligned the steering wheel was off about a degree or two clockwise but the truck still drove fine. After hitting some big rocks on the trail and another alignment, the tech got the steering straight.

If the truck pulls no matter what it's something else, but if you straighten the wheel and it pulls then you'll have to adjust the tie rods til the steering wheel looks straight. It takes my shop two or three tries and test drives before they're happy with how the steering wheel is sitting.

You can check for brake dragging by going for a ride and felling the temps of the wheels. If one side is noticeably hotter than the other, you have probably have a brake issue. Excessive brake dust on one wheel would also be a sign of a brake problem.

Pulls to the left when the steering wheel is released or pulls to the left when steering straight?
