2012 Tacoma TRD Sport 4WD Double Cab, installed OME 885s, driver side lean spacer, bilstein 5100s set at 0, added leaf springs and 5100s in rear. Wheels are 17x8.5, -10 offset and 265/70/17 tires. After lift and tires truck was aligned. The shake/vibration was rocking the play back and fourth in my steering wheel and I could feel it in my seat, it starts around 50-55 and dosent go away when I accelerate so I thought to get my wheels rebalanced and I did. The shake isn’t as bad in the steering wheel but I can still feel it and in my seat. If I were to point in a direction I would say it feels like it’s coming from my rear driver side tire or the driver side front wheel from where I feel the most shake in my seat. Any ideas?

Welcome to TW! Try putting your truck into 4hi at around 50mph on a straight road. If the vibes go away then you need to do the ECGS clamshell bushing.

Also pull your tires and remount them. Don't use impact gun. Hand tighten and properly torque them.
    Welcome to TW.

More than likely the stock needle bearing. Replace with ECGS clamshell bushing.

I put it in 4hi a couple times going 50 when the shake started and it didn’t seem to make any changes. I’m going to put my stock wheels back on and go for a drive sometime to see if maybe it’s the wheels or tires. I don’t see it being the tires because they are not aggressive, hankook dynapro atm.
