I have replaced my factory side mirrors with after market tow mirrors. Every time I go to adjust the mirrors I blow the 7.5 amp fuse loosing clock, radio and mirrors I’m not sure what else that fuse runs but seems I loose everything. I bumped the fuse size up to a 10 and blow that as well any help or suggestions would be great thank y’all

There's a short between the mirror adjustment switch and the mirror(s). Does the fuse blow when adjusting both sides or just one? I'd pull the door panel off and make sure you didn't pinch a wire.

Or the motor is drawing too many amps.

@vssman It will blow on either side. Right away as soon as hit the button.

@ovrlndkull thats what I was thinking. But I’m not sure what I can do about it.

10 amps is a decent draw. If the mirror pulls more than that, then they must have a sizable motor in them.
