I'll try to go snap a few but it's in the garage and the flash may not work well with all black. Give me a few minutes and I'll try. If they don't come out well I'll get more tomorrow when the sun is up. Hang on.

It's darker than it appears although it does look faded after getting rained on with dirt/dust settling and drying out. It could use a good scrubbing probably but I just haven't done it yet. I'm guessing that the gentleman I purchased it from never did it either.

i forgot to mention the reason y i wanna do it...when i bought the truck the previous owner drilled into the bed caps to mount a tool box...when i took the tool box off there is 3 holes on each side on the bed caps n where the tool box was rested there r diamond plate indention's on the wheel humps in the bed...they r bery noticeable n the corners of the bed on the front r very dirty n i cant seem to clean them...hurculiner will solve this problem instead of paying for repairs

Yeah I never noticed 'til the pics. It is what it is.

I had a Ranger once and had a Toff sprayed in. You don't hear much about them but they were priced better and it looked awesome. Had a bit of shine to it and was thick on the bottom. Might be worth looking into if you have a dealer nearby.

Bringing this back from the dead. If someone is looking to spray the bedliner for cosmetic purposes have you ever considered plasti-dip? Dont know if it would work but its a thought. I dont mind my bed being scratched but ive considered plasti dipping the bed liner as something to do and to make it look a little better. Thoughts?

    Getting there...

If you never use your bed, I guess it could work. Otherwise, I'd imagine it'd get scratched/start peeling pretty quickly from putting/sliding stuff into the bed.

I use the bed, scratches i dont mind, but mine has white paint on spots and plastics are ugly faded. Just looking for any suggestions on giving it a spray with something to bring it back to life. Purely cosmetic is my goal, dont need anything special to keep things from sliding

I doubt plasti-dip would hold up in a truck bed setting. It is meant to be removeable, as soon as you slide anything across it, the dip is going to get torn up. Why not just some rustoleum spray can liner for touch up?

I did it myself. Its a 2 part (hardener and product) the kit come with 4 liter bottles and a bottle of hardener and a gun the bottles screw on and it hooks up to an air compresser

Don't know much about this Raptor Liner but it doesn't look too thick IMO less protection and easier to peal up I spray Rhino and it comes out about an eighth of an inch thick and stuff is durable plus comes with a lifetime warranty only thing is it won't stick to plastic (so im told) but as soon as my boss leaves to Japan i'm gonna test it out isn't that heavy either we spray whole cars and it only adds about 15lbs thats like having a single rim sitting in your bed

This may be an entirely stupid question, but here goes: It's been ages since I've examined the bed of a Taco; the last one I had was '03. Is the composite bed THE actual bed? Or is it bolted down to a metal surface, similar to a bolt-on bed liner? In other words: what's under the composite bed? The bed supports? Or a flat surface?

It would seem to me that IF it is a bolt-on cover, then removing it would be the right thing to do before having something like Line-X installed.

There is no metal backing, the composite bed is the bed on 2005+.
