aftermarket bumper and tow hitch mounting help

    So I'm from New England and bought a Tacoma that has a fir bit of rusty components. i have been slowly replacing/upgrading to get rid of it and finally landed on the bumper and tow hitch that are very rusted i purchased an aftermarket bumper(
