Aftermarket clock for dash?

@MESO to the rescue? Incorporate a small digital clock w a 3d printed encasement somewhere? My screen is always off too, my Accord had the small digital clock and ive grown accustomed to it!

If you're looking for a seriously cheap stopgap, someone makes a small 3d printed clip that hooks to the radio bezel, just glue a wristwatch on there haha.

 

A analog clock has a classy look.

And you could stick it over the ECT button if you have a Meso or Tacoweide ECT button on the shifter. Then it's an unused spot to cover up.

 

There are several types that will clip-on.

 

Why not just have your phone mounted up on the dash...like in the ac vent to the right of the steering wheel?

 

For the record...I like to keep my screen OFF as well. And I do very much wish there was a clock of some sort in the area by the speedometer.

lol. So funny enough, while I love that every idea remotely in the forums everyone looks to MESO to make the "Ultimate V4" out of it, I was actually trying to keep it off his plate. lol. Although I had thought to coordinate with him on the idea I mentioned earlier about a switch box that would fit into the sunglasses holder. Figured he had enough on his plate right now though.

And you know, funny enough, I had that thought but didn't know the answer. Since he's already been brought into it now, @MESO, you got an answer?

Huh. And see? That was one of the reasons I posted here. I knew there was a super simple option that I just wasn't thinking of. I'll pull the watch off the band, stitch it to an elastic band, and then just slide the band over the left side of the mirror opposite the compass readout. (Which come on. Why was there not a time option there?)

..... Well I'll be damned. And you know what, I'm man enough to admit when I was wrong about something. @LivinOnEdge! I must bow before your wisdom. Turns out "truck watch" was a perfectly acceptable option I just didn't think through all the way. ON my wrist, still not gonna work. But it turns out "Truck Watch", totally an option. I could even go higher tech with it and make it an Apple watch. Crap.... I have a lot of brainstorming to do now.

I'm glad you feel my pain as well. But look! Solutions! I love this place at times. lol. That's been annoying me for like a year now. Why wouldn't you put it in the center gauges?! I can get every other bit of information there! There wasn't a spot to add it with the music setting selected? I could just cycle to it from the steering wheel?
