my clutch needs replacing, super hard to push down a ton of play and hard to get into gears, as well as starting it up is pain trying to get it into the 'sweet' spot. Should i invest in OEM or Aftermaket clutch? im replacing Clutch and refinishing my flywheel if possible, replacing throwout bearing and pilot bearing am i missing anything ?

When clutches go bad they typically slip... Sounds like your issue is with the master or slave cylinder for the clutch.
