Anybody have any experience with iron bull or expedition one front bumpers? Reviews for iron bull mainly focus on a lack of customer service but can’t find any reviews for exp one. Mainly looking for a solid bumper for deer strikes.

The limited reviews I found for the expedition one front bumper indicated it was quite stout but the instructions code be better.

Call Fat Bob's Garage in Layton, UT. They install alot of Expedition One bumpers and could comment on fitment and build quality. I am considering that bumper as well for deer protection. Coverage is about as good as it gets being a no-trim bumper. The downside is weight, 150lb not counting the hoops. Their sales person thought it could weight about 210lb with the hoops, but that sounds like a big delta for steel pipe. Deer protection would have to be as good as about anything.

If you do get one of these bumpers, I'd love to see how much the hoops obstruct the view over the hood.

After doing more research and looking I decided on a bumper from Throttle Down Kustoms. Loved the looks and it’s beefier than the expedition one. I like it because it has more center protection. A deer won’t go through the center hoop into the radiator. It’s only about 120-130 lbs.60CB1CC4-E380-4BCB-9762-904BF62C3999.jpg539EFEF3-B99B-4C8E-AC3B-80FCA4A1C95D.jpg 8
