what are the best rotors to replace the stock ones? is there an advantage with cross drilled over stock for normal driving? and also where to buy?

IMO, cross drilled rotors for normal driving will not give you any advantage in braking performance. However, they do look nice and supposedly help keep the brakes cooler in extreme braking conditions.
