Has anyone visited tacotuens.com or ordered their products? I guess it's a matter of how much storage space one is willing to sacrifice and how deep and how hard you want your system to sound like. On tacorunes I'm really looking at the box (that's included in the complete audio package) that takes up both rear storage bins and uses a 12" sub. Amps go under the seats and you're still left with the storage bins under the seats.

I got a single 10" box from them, no issues at all. I know others have had customer service issues with them though

Yeah, think they're out of San Antonio...

And who's Mr. Marv? Thinking about pushing two 10's.

Here's my thing... Is there anywhere that sells boxes for behind the back seat that still allow you to fold down the back seats? Most that I've seen like ********* etc you lose that ability. I don't want my dog messing up the material on the seats.

You could either go with JBL Stealthbox or grab a Pet Seat Cover for the rear seats; I have both.

I have a Mr. Marv single 10 box and love it. Seats still fold down fully, although I'm not sure I would put my dogs in there likes that as I'm afraid they would puncture my sub. I'll post some pics later or tomorrow. He really is a great person to deal with, very helpful, knows his stuff and can make any enclosure you can think of.

I first had a sealed box that only took up half the storage compartment. Then went with this ported box that is much larger, takes up most of the storage, sounds much better to me though. Second amp is under driver seat.image.jpg image.jpg

Not sure why it wouldn't let me put link but is anyone running this? I know the rear storage containers have to come out. But do I have to remove the plastic lining the back of seat?Screenshot_2016-03-04-22-39-24.jpg

The short answer is yes. The double enclosures your seeing with plastic attached have had the centers cut out. All that's left is the sides and top. Also, you'll need to remove the child seat anchors, ie... cut them off the back wall to make that enclosure fit. Overall, not rocket science, but there are some caveats that need addressed.

Sorry for the late response, just saw this now... It's a stealthbox by JL Audio, fits a 10" sub and fits a certain size amp that I do not have the details for at this time but can get if still interested. Hits pretty good considering I'm using stock head unit.

I just got the Hideaway. It won't fit under the seats so I'm going to have to put it in the back. How does it sound back there behind the rear seats? Does the base get too muffled when the seat backs are upright?

As far as the mounting I think I'm just going to screw it into the plastic.

I got a 10" box off another member and am happy with it also. Only thing I don't like is I had to pull the plastic backing off the rear seat so the sub doesn't impact it. I ended up just using some speaker box carpet and cut it to fit the back of the seat so when the seat is folded forward you're not seeing the the coils and foam portion of the rear seat. I left the passenger side rear tray system in place so I still have storage for my air pump, jumper cables and ratchet straps. I installed my amp under the driver's side seat.

This is super clean. I don't need 4 subs but I really like this. Makes me want to re-do my setup. I have the same sub.

Sounds good, plenty of bass. Screwing it to the plastic is going to be a rattlefest! That's why I made the MDF mount and carpeted it completely, to keep the rattles and resonance to a minimum. I suppose if you did some damping materials on the back of the plastic you may avoid that...
