    No I still have mattered it. I will pick up my meter tomorrow afternoon and see posy back on what I get. I will also check to make sure but I think I sanded the paint and sandwiched the belt bracket on top. Will also check back and report whether it is or is not and if moving it make a difference.

    I had the ground on top of the seatbelt bracket and moved it underneath where the paint is sanded off. No difference. I couldn't find my meter so that will happen another day.
