    nice. it will take you more time to open the packaging
    than to install it. I have mine tucked right in front of the cup
    holders/underneath the Qi charger area, sits perfect in there.

    I used the same spot! Since I put the "new" chip (that is standard on all orders now) in, I have basically forgotten I even have a shift controller or that my transmission is not good from the factory. Its a nice feeling to jump in, drop into S, and drive off not having to think about the trans.

    I installed mine last week. At first I couldn't tell what all the hype was...

    Now I'm stoked on it!

    It basically shifts the gear just like I would. I use it around town or when I'm headed up the hill and it's great to not have the truck constantly trying to shift up two gears higher than its should be. I can then shift back to D when I'm cruising down hill or out on the freeway.

    It has also gotten rid of the annoying gear searching after rolling through a turn at an intersection. That weird jump in RPMs but nothing translating into forward motion for a few seconds.

    Its a great product. Thanks OP!

    #1273 delivered and installed. Literally a 5 minute install and did what everyone else said with putting it under the Qi charger. Function check cleared...will be taking this for a test drive as soon as the baby wakes up. Was getting about 18MPG combined before, will see if I get any gains as other people have noticed.

    For anyone else who already installed, what differences do you guys notice between this and ECT mode?

    K&N air filter/LED lights/Magna Flow Muffler/TOYO AT2 Tires and lots of fun stuff.
    The ECT mode changes the throttle responsiveness to where the Shift Sense Pro just changes the shift points for each gear.

    ECT has more pep; partly used for towing. The Shift Sense Pro keeps the tranny from all that ridiculous constant shifting! It holds each gear longer than what TOYOTA programed. 5th gear at 30 mph is ridiculous!!

    I mean if you use S and manually shift could you do any better than D?
