    I’d maybe check both ends with the same voltmeter. The dometic may not measure the same. I believe it is rather gentle on current draw. 10’ of 8 gauge is a decent feed. I wouldn’t think you’d need more than that.

    That's odd. You sure you have good connections? Can you check the voltage at the end of your 8 gauge? Like at whatever port you're using to connect fridge?

    Not super easily. The connections are under a bunch of stuff. But the connectors are probably the "choke" point, is my guess. I could get one of these things, but it's not that critical to me.

    If I get back there sometime in the future, I'll hit it with my multimeter before I do anything else.
