so I'm installing my air ride air bags mainly for towing my boat. Does anyone have experience with weather or not I should leave the bags independent or tie the air lines together so they are one system?

Bags I've used in the past I did independently, only because of potential side to side load leveling.

If that's not an issue, don't see any reason not to have them together.

Ok. With the tongue weight in the center, I would think the tied together should be ok then. Thank you

I've had them my last 3 trucks and always tied them together.

Independent does help if your carrying allot of weight in your bed. As you corner your load shifts and pushes weight to the outside wheel. This can force air out of the outside airbag and into the inner bag and negate your system while turning. In my expierence it doesn't really make much of a difference when towing since the trailers suspension will be managing the majority of the load.

I didn't want the extra fitting that can fail so I left them independent.
