I went the Desert Does It bracket with the jackers. I wanted to keep my compressor out of the elements. Definitely not worried about the passengers ears.

Yeah same here. I didn’t really think about the elements but that’s a super valid point. What compressor did you end up running?

Who makes that mount? How does the single work for you? I was hoping on having enough power for a two hose and two tires at a time. Not sure I need the twin in terms of power?

    I've taken the mudflaps off?
I went Co2 bottle and will NEVER look back. Small footprint, inflates 33" tire from 12psi to 35psi in 22 seconds, no noise, no wiring. I get about 17, 4-tire fills on a $15 refill.

EDIT: You can also resear a disbeaded tire on the ring with 1200psi of Co2, and no onboard or portable compressor makes the psi needed to accomplish that. It will run airtools as well, but not many need that option (I keep a Dewalt cordless impact onboard for wheel removal, but have never needed it beyond that).

Only drawback is all of my buddies with compressors ask me to refill them instead of wait for their compressor at the end of the run.

Desert does it bracket. Arb single. I had already bought the seat jackers so… why not? It’s not that loud, the seat muffles it a touch. It’s a nice spot though.

It’s from Powertrays. I just got the blank and drilled holes where I needed. I have a quad-flate thingy and can air up all four 33” tires at once. Any bigger tires and I’d definitely go with the twin, but it’s fine with 33s

I’m only running 32’s right now. What’s your fill up time around with the quad hose? If the single can do the job I’d rather get that. Twin seems a little too much for my need. I don’t mind waiting a little bit longer if it’s reasonable!

Yeah I’m deciding between the twin and single. I’m running 32’s. Not sure I need the twin, I’m sure it’s a beast though. Good to know it fits down there too

That’s rad. I’m honestly looking a little more of a smaller footprint. I never knew what the co2’s did since I’m new to this all, but damn, that sounds amazing.

Yeah I currently have it setup with the connection at the manifold so I have to pop the hood. I haven't decided on the correct spot for the connection if I remote it. Hooking it up remote would be easy. Mounting the connection would be the toughest part.

I’d have to time it… I want to say maybe 10 minutes though? From 18-20ish to 32-34ish PSI. Usually just grab a drink and make fun of my friends bent over doing 1 tire at a time

Haha for sure. That’s not too for all 4 tires. I’m definitely not trying to be the 1 tire at a time guy. That is a painstaking process haha

Why they got rid of the second cubby baffles me!! It’s the perfect spot for a compressor. That’s why I’m debating between under the seats and under the hood. I find the cabin head height to be a little restricted though, so maybe I’ll stick with the original under the hood plan

I believe the only way the twin fits is with the front AND rear jackers. @EasyDoesIt Can chime in.
I know some people prefer the under hood mount, but out here the Las Vegas heat just murders everything.

I just installed a Twin ARB with the Desert Does It tray under my passenger seat. Yes you need both the front and rear seat jackers to install it. The hardest part was using the OEM firewall plug on the passenger side to run the wires as they come out back behind the glove box area and was a pit to fish out. IMG_5767.jpg IMG_5763.jpg

This is incorrect, the Slee mount will work for the sport on the passenger side. It goes over the ABS brake control center or whatever you want to call it.
Also, on the passenger side you can use the grommet/ firewall opening for the AC drain hose. It's easy to locate and large enough to get wires through.

Here is the install with a Slee Mount running the power switch to the MESO Overhead switch panel through the AC drain hose opening on the passenger side.
    https://youtu.be/dU5F1ccnFnc

For the OP, the under seat in cab compressor mounts look cool and is a clean install. But if you ever plan to use it regularly for filling tires or lockers it will be extremely loud and not really practical. Depending on your needs there will be air lines running through the cab. I don't know about you, but every time I need to use the compressor I'm in a dirty/muddy situation. Keeping the compressor under the seat with no exterior remote chucks will just make things a mess trying to get the air to the other side, you going through the cab. Also, keep in mind it's one thing to run a small gauge wire through the cab, it's another level trying to run 1/4 inch air lines out the cab.

Here is how I ran my remote chucks into the upper cross bar on the truck bed.
    https://youtu.be/dB0muc0XWX8

It also looks like there is no room under the seat to run a manifold, I could be wrong as I have not installed one myself and I usually do not allow myself to communicate opinions on accessories I have not held in my hands. If you are not going to run lookers, or use the compressor regularly no worries but, maybe at some point in the future you will want to upgrade. Just keep that in mind.

I want to make it clear I'm not trying to push my channel and I pay for everything, nothing free over here. I just have gone through some of the issues that have come up in the thread. Either way, I hope it helps.

The under seat mount is probably the most expensive mount you can use for an air compressor. The tray itself is like $260 and you have to have seat jackers for the mount and clearance, another $100+. Mine is only for inflation, not lockers so it’s not running unless the vehicle is stopped and I’m outside of it. I made a wifey system so only the passenger door is needed to be open for the hose to run out.
