    Air/Con blows warm air only
Compressor clutch will not engage using dash button, which is solid green
    when engaged.
Compressor clutch turns easily by hand
    No freon in system.

Question I could use help with is :

I cannot locate the relay switch in the engine compartment fuse box.

No MG CTL, no a/c marking on underside of fuse box lid.

There is a 10amp marked a/c and fuse looks fine.

SO, WHERE IS THE RELAY SWITCH SO i CAN JUMP START THE
COMPRESSOR AND ADD DYED FREON ?
Any other info would be appreciated as always ~
    Thank you
    Michael

If there's no refrigerant in the system the low pressure switch is preventing the clutch from engaging. You could bypass the switch, but you'll likely damage your compressor when trying to fill it with refrigerant. In addition, since there is air in the system, you won't be able to add R134 using the low cost kits from the auto store.

You'll need to evacuated the system & run a vacuum in the lines to be able to put anything in it now.

Ultimately it sounds like you want to find a leak. Evacuating & adding vacuum to the system will likely find the leak for you.

Please research what you want to do carefully so you don't inadvertently destroy a more expensive part of the system.

My advice is to avoid being penny wise/pound foolish and take it to a shop to find the leak for you. Then you can fix the leak yourself, and save money that way.

Once you start adding freon with the engine running and AC switch/fan on, the compressor will kick on once there is enough pressure in the system.

All the advice ChrisH gave is good.

From the FSM it looks like the main relay is the Heater Main Relay, marked HTR in the relay box in the engine.

As I mentioned, it's likely the low pressure switch that's disabled the compressor clutch from engaging.

If you want to engage the compressor clutch, just unplug it & apply 12v power to it. Why mess with relays?

The heater relay works for the a/c also, but there is no diagram on the relay. I thought it would show 30/87 and b1, b4 - but w/o a diagram I am loath to attempt a jump on the compressor. Can anyone clarify which is the compressor pin ? There are two longer pins next to each other on one side, and three smaller ones on the other side.
