I have a 2019 and the a/c is dripping into the passenger side of the floor board, I took it to my dealership and they said mine was the 2nd one in history... But they won't fix it,
My question is has anyone else had this problem

Easy fix... likely your drain hose that run from center across the pass floor area out to pass side engine compartment is plugged or came undone. You can access the hose easily from the pass side floor, remove it, blow it out and replace.

Could be this. I think you need to find another dealer though.

It ain't the 2nd one in history either.

It’s a 2019. What’s the mileage? If it’s under warranty they should not deny the repair. If that’s the case call Toyota and file a complaint.
