    Yeah, you get to drive through big mud puddles that require balls and skill! Can't do that though if you have an air dam.

    Removed mine the day I got it home. 4 days later it would have been removed by a hill and god knows what would have happened to the bumper cover it was bolted to. Not only does it give a better approach angle, I think the truck looks way better with out it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

    I put the hardware back in the captive nuts, is that what others have done? Or did you leave the captive nuts and no bolts or did you remove the captive nuts too?

    Some time as a parts manager of a british make has me use the appropriate terms for parts, or at least what the British think they are called.

    How about some ball joints? Did you grease your prop shafts?

    I scored it with a hack saw blade in a sheet rock handle on the back side, then cut it with a razor.
